Florida C-Corps tax filing due date is May 2nd

If you have an interest from a C-Corporation from Florida or you have a interest in a foreign entity that taxes as a C-Corporation within Florida, you HAVE to file a Florida Corporate Tax Return! This is due on Monday May 2.If you can’t file by then, file an extension and pay the tax due. You file a F-7004 and pay the tax due which normally is the 4.55% of net revenues (with exceptions). AVOID CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PENALTIES!
